At 82 years young I have been many things, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, entrepreneur, and as of three years ago I am now a published author of children's books. I have found becoming an author a challenging, exciting, and rewarding change. With my eyesight failing, I would like to add that I could not do this alone, without my daughter Kathy's assistance none of this would possible. My favorite books to read are historical fiction. Q2. New Recipe from my sister Sierra pina colada fluff Pina Colada Fluff 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix 1 box 20 oz crushed pineapple 1 can - do not drain! 8 oz Cool Whip 1 container - I used lite - thawed 1 tsp rum extract 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut 1/2 cup chopped nuts your favorite (I did Pecans) Mix all together And Enjoy   It is so good!! It was a big hit for my boyfriend too 😂

My Great Grandmas Apple Cake Recipe.  My Great Grandma Loved this recipe she always made it around the fall time when she came to visit use in Ohio. I Remember standing in my grandmas kitchen and she would make this for us I miss my great grandma and her visits every year in are little home town in Ohio.  Here is the recipe for my Great grandmas apple cake that is perfect for the fall. You will need  4 cups of apples. 1 tsp of salt 2 tsp vanilla extract  2 cups of sugar 2 tsp cinnamon 1 cup of chopped nuts 2 cups of flour  2 eggs 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 3/4 vegetable oil Instructions  Mix Apples and sugar in a large bowl. Let stand for a few minutes. shift dry ingredients mix with apples. add the eggs oil and vanilla add chopped nuts. pour into greased 9 by 13 pan.  bake for  50 minutes set oven to 350 oven. let cool and enjoy I heard this also taste great with whipped cream on top.

Q1. Tell me about yourself what are your favorite books to read? A. I’m Cameron J Quinn, award-winning author of The Starsboro Chronicles, a supernatural suspense serial. I grew up watching my mom write children’s books. Back then you needed an agent and a book deal or a lot of money to publish yourself. We were far from well off so her books never came to be. Still, she inspired me to read and write. I love books, like all of them. I’m currently on a suspense kick. How have I never read a Mary Higgins Clark before last week? I also enjoy supernatural elements in stories and a good love story, Happily Ever After not required but appreciated. Low Carb Fall Dessert Pumpkin cheesecake mousse whip.  This is so light and fluffy and very good I love all things pumpkin so I had to make this. Plus it is super easy to make.  Ingredients  2 blocks of cream cheese. 1 can of canned  plan pumpkin Puree 2 cups heavy whipping cream 2 tea Pumpkin pie spice   1 1/2 cups of low carb sugar like Splenda 1 tea vanilla extract Optional Top with low carb brown sugar enjoy. Instructions  with a hand, mixer or stand mixer blend cream cheese and pumpkin until blended. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until whipped and fluffy.  Taste and add more sugar if  needed.  Best chilled in the refrigerated for an hour. but it tastes great immediately!
