New Interview with Author Nita Marie Clark 

Q1. Tell me about your self what are your favorite books to read? 
A. At 82 years young I have been many things, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, entrepreneur, and as of three years ago I am now a published author of children's books. I have found becoming an author a challenging, exciting, and rewarding change. With my eyesight failing, I would like to add that I could not do this alone, without my daughter Kathy's assistance none of this would possible. My favorite books to read are historical fiction.
Q2. When did you decide you where going to write a book?  
A. Three years ago at the encouragement of one of my great-granddaughters. 
Q3. How did you come up with name of your books? A.  While writing the context of the book, finding the most descriptive title.
Q4. What are you working on for 2019?  
A. Another installment in The Secrets of Zen Castle Series, another picture book / early reader, and perhaps . . .

Note they will make your house smell amazing
Note I put everything but the bagel seasoning on mine


These are very good and flavorful and the best part is it does not have that coconut taste from the coconut flour.
My mom loved them too.
Next time I am going to add garlic powder and onion powder too.

Low carb wow butter nut free Chocolate cookies
1 cup of wow butter https://wowbutter.com/ 1 egg 3 cups of Splenda https://www.splenda.com/ 2 table of Splenda brown sugar https://www.splenda.com/ 2 table coco powder 1 table vanilla extract
Heat oven to 350 Combine wow butter, eggs. Splenda and Splenda brown sugar. Coco powder And vanilla extract. Mix all together
Roll in to little balls
Place on an baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool on a baking sheet for 10 minutes.
Note cookies will be very crumbly until fully set.

Thought  I would share with you me and my mom’s favorite nut free butter wow butter is are favorite.
We like to use wow butter on toast we us it for baked goods we love  it.
My mom is highly allergic to peanut  and I don’t really care for regular peanut butter.
This is the only brand me and my mom will use.
