Interviewing Author Kathryn Spurgeon Q1.Tell me about yourself.  A. I love my large family. Blessed with six children and twelve grandchildren, we are a diversified group with many different ethnic groups represented, some born, some adopted, all adorable. God has blessed me with a heart to love people from around the world, and my husband, Bill and I have fed and taught International students for at least eighteen years.  Q2. What are your favorite books to read? A. I’m an avid reader and I read fast. I enjoy different kinds of books, but mostly historical novels and biographies. I can’t read much fiction at night because I tend to stay up all night finishing the book. Nonfiction, however, puts me to sleep.  This week I’ve read some of C.S. Lewis (to sleep) and a couple of Lynn Austin’s Chronicles books. Inspiring books. Made me want to go back to the Bible and see what was true.
