Growing up I had a tutor for school she would take me to her camera shop they had she was a family friend she also tutored my aunt Victoria as well her name was Paul we loved her she was a good teacher she helped me with math reading and writing she worked with me for as long as I can remember she was very patient with me to have ADHD and other multiple health problems.  There is this little candy shop in Dover Ohio my family and I just love they have different kinds of chocolate and the best popcorn ever as well as these salted fried peanuts and other peanut products we did not go there often but when we did it was a real treat. My tutor would by me cherry pop and popcorn if I did a good job on my school work every day she would walk me to the candy store and I would get a small bag of popcorn and a cherry phosphate they are really good

Interviewing author Michael Joffroy Q.1 when did you decide you were going to write a book? That's a great question I have had or been responsible for two pugs in my life and have always thought that these types of dogs are hilarious and I like dragons and the magic behind them. So I figured why not write and illustrate a book about both of them. Q.2 how did you come up with the name of your books? To be frank my first book was birthed in therapy it's a therapeutic book for children that are going through abuse so the name came naturally. My second book got its title from the main characters name and just the wacky adventure he is on and of course the Island he ended up on. Q. 3 what are you working on now for 20 18? I am now working on the continuation of "Wex's Wacky Adventure To Koma Keone Island" I am currently illustrating the book the manuscript is almost complete  Q 4. how long have you been writing? I have been wri
