I’m a children’s book author, visionary artist, and registered Hypnotherapist. I’m the author of seven children’s books. I live in Washington state with my husband Chris, and my black and white tuxedo cat, Jasper. Q2. What are your favorite books to read? A. I love fantasy, romance, spirituality, and self-help books. Q3. Do you like coffee or tea? A. I love both. My favorites are coffee with hazelnut cream and match tea. Q4. How many books have you written? A. I have written seven published books. I have two more books to publish later this year. Q5. Do you have a favorite bookstore? A. East-West Bookstore in Seattle. Q6. Did you go to college for writing? A. No, I didn’t. I went into healthcare and hypnotherapy.

Q1. Please tell me more about yourself? A. My name is Amy Jewell and I am a contemporary romance author based in Northern Ireland.  Outside of my writing life, I work a part-time job and most of my time is spent with family.  I've jumped around with careers until settling in a finance-related role, which I have now worked in for over 10 years. My previous life experiences have taught me a lot about myself and provided inspiration for my writing.  Q2. What are your favorite books to read? A. At the end of 2019, I discovered Ivy Smoak. I started off reading Temptation, the first of the Hunted Series. Never have I ever read a whole book in a day, until I started that one; she certainly had me hooked with her ability to capture characters and plots that sucked you into their world. It pulled me out of a reading slump.  When not reading romance, sometimes I give myself a break and read Jo Nesbo.  Q3. Do you like coffee or tea? A. Tea; I can't stand the taste of coffee.  Q4.
