Interviewing Deb Gorman, Author Q1. Tell me about yourself. A. I live in the PNW and have all my life. In fact, I live in my hometown. The only time I've lived anywhere else was when I lived in the LA area for approximately 8 years. Went to college, married the first time, and started a family. Moved back home in 1980, just in time for Mt. St. Helens to burp. Remarried in 1988. We live on top of a hill with a beautiful view of the town and surrounding foothills. I've loved reading a variety of genres, starting with Nancy Drew mysteries when I was eight, graduating to just about everything Agatha Christie wrote. I also love espionage, especially Jack Higgins and Joel Rosenberg. Presently, I'm devouring anything Charles Martin writes. I've also read James L.
