Interviewing Author Victoria Maldonado

Q1.Please tell me more about yourself. A. I’m an author of women’s fiction (Hearts Drawn Wyld trilogy as Victoria J. Hyla) and children’s books (Victoria Hyla Maldonado) as well as a smattering of short stories across various genres. I’m a professional freelance editor (Victorious Editing Services) with more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries. I live in the western suburbs of Chicago with my husband, 6-year-old twins, two cats, and a dog.  Q2. What are your favorite books to read? A. I tend to read women’s fiction/romance with heart and sometimes Christian fiction and a bit of fantasy. Q3. Do you like coffee or tea? A. I love them both very much. I usually have coffee in the morning and tea in the evening. Q4. How many books have you written? A. I’ve written three novels, four children’s books, and I have several other titles that are collaborative anthologies.
