Q 1 when did you decide you were going to write a book? A. About a year ago, I realized that I was almost always answering the question of "What happened to your son?" I told this story so many times to the surprise of listeners regarding the condition that left him with multi-disabilities. It was then that I decided I would write the book "Justin is a Special Eight" in Children's book format, to engage the entire family in conversation about the condition that left him bound to a wheelchair, though 100% preventable.
