A beautiful coloring book and a journal filled with thoughtful quotes and journal prompts. I loved the beautiful pages in the coloring book. What I like about coloring books is you can color them and use your own creative expressions. This is not just a coloring book it also has journaling pages so you can write out how you are feeling and how to deal with your grief in a fun relaxing way. This would make a great gift for some who has lost a loved one or a pet. The coloring book was inspired by the author Donalyn's mom who passed away. The author did an amazing job on this book; The pictures in this book are so exquisite. the story made me smile.
