Stuffed strawberry's low carb 
you  will need 1 pound of fresh strawberry's
6 ounces of cream cheese
2 table butter
1/3 cup splenda https://www.splenda.com/
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
wash strawberry's cut the leaf parts off.
mix together cream cheese and the butter until smooth. add the splenda and mix until well combined. mix in the whipping cream and vanilla extract
stuff the cream cheese in to the strawberry's and top them off with a blueberry's and enjoy

Low carb cauliflower rice stir fry



1 can of vienna bites
1 bag of cauliflower rice stir fry mix already in the bag at the store
1 egg scrambled
Cook Vienna bits in a pan with butter in tell brown set them a side.
Cook cauliflower Rice in the bag according to the instructions cook in the microwave for 5 minutes.
In the same frying pan cook your egg when the egg is done mix in the cauliflower rice  the add your sausages.
Mix all together and enjoy you can add Soy sauce like I did.

1 small bag of  Quaker oatmeal maple and brown sugar flavored
Pour heavy whipping cream in the bag that the oatmeal came in.
1 table of coco powder
1 table of wow butter. https://wowbutter.com/recipes
Cook oatmeal according to the instructions On the bag inside of using water use heavy whipping cream
When the oatmeal is done mix in coco powder and wow butter stir and enjoy.
