Low carb cupcakes

These where so good and my family approved 
Low carb cupcakes
1/2 cup coconut flavor
3 eggs
1/2 cup of Splenda brown sugar plus more if need
1/2 cup regular Splenda 
2 table of water
1/3 cup coconut oil melted
1/2 tea baking powder 
1/2 tea baking soda 
1/2 tea Apple cider vinegar 
Combine all together  Scoop batter into cupcake liners  Bake 3:50  To 15-20 minutes or in tell brown 
Low carb vanilla chocolate frosting 
1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
2 spoonfuls of coco powder 
1 cup Splenda brown sugar 
1/2 cup of Greek yogurt 
2 table coconut flour 
A little water 
Mix all together put in refrigerator in tell ready to use.

Low carb bacon crack 
Dough ingredients 
8 oz mozzarella 
2 oz cream cheese 
1/2 cup Splenda or more if needed.
2 tsp baking soda 
1/3 coconut flour 
1 egg
Topping ingredients 
2/3 cup Splenda brown sugar 
1/ 2 regular Splenda 
1/2 sugar free maple syrup 
5 slices thick cut bacon 
Preheat oven to 375
Put cheese in a microwave- safe bowl. Microwave one minute stir microwave 30 seconds stir.  At this point all the cheese should be melted. Microwave 30 minutes more seconds it should look like cheese fondue 
Add the rest of the dough ingredients mix in a bowl with your hands. 
Press the dough in to a 2x12 pan lined with parchment paper. 
In a small bowl stir together 2/3 cup Splenda brown sugar and regular Splenda and bacon 🥓 as well as more maple syrup sprinkle all over the top.
Bake at 20-24 minutes. Add more sugar if needed
