Q. 1. when did you decide you were going to write a book? I have been writing poetry for a long time and the idea of writing a book wasn't even a thought. However, the Lord had other plans. I wrote a series of articles to help women who had abortions heal and those articles became the backbone of my current book From Ashes of Pity into the Beauty of Purpose. The idea took root about 13 years ago, but the book did not become reality until a few years ago.

Q.2 how did you come up with the name of your books
This is a tough question to answer. I feel led by the Lord and He inspires me and gives me the titles of my books.

Q. 3 what are you working on now for 201 8? I am currently working on a grief devotional for parents who have lost a child.

Q 4. how long have you been writing? I have been writing since I was 15 and I am almost 58 now.

Q 5. What advice would you give other authors?
The best advice I can give others writers is to never give up your dream. It does not matter what other people say or think, only that you believe in yourself.
