Q.1 when did you decide you were going to write a book?
A. My educational company The Medieval Dude works with schools to provide educational experiences that engage the person or learner with replicas and artifacts from the medieval era. In my home state of California, 7th-grade classrooms are where I do most of my educational presentations. Alfred’s Dragon is my way of reaching a younger audience. The story answers a question I get often when I visit schools: were dragon real?
Q.2 how did you come up with the name of your books
A. The story answers a question I get asked often when I visit schools: were dragon real? I thought this question would a perfect question to answer in a children’s book. The name comes from the main character Alfred. He has an experience that with what he believes is a dragon.
Q. 3 what are you working on now for 2018?
A. I am working on promoting Alfred’s Dragon. I also have three other stories in development using the same family in Alfred’s Dragon.
Q 4. how long have you been writing?
A. I did a lot of writing for my degrees, but this is my first book.
Q 5. What advice would you give other authors?
A. Keep it up until you are satisfied with the product you are creating.

Q7 do you plan on making more books in the future
A. Yes, that is my plan. I am in the process of writing three more books. One on castles, one on tournaments, and one on the medieval garden.

A. I have written one so far.
Q 9 did you go to college to be a writer
A. No. I initially went to college to become a teacher.
