Interviewing Author Carl David Nuttall Q.1 when did you decide you were going to write a book? A. Bizarrely, I first decided to write stories after speaking to my work colleagues. I briefly mentioned that I made stories up for my son and it was suggested that I write them down so as not to forget them. From there I just kept on writing and now I have self-published six books. Q.2 how did you come up with the name of your books  A.  Coming up with the name for my first book was easy really! They are short story compilations so that was the first part done, then the second part was just a catchy title surrounding the fact that all of the stories contained animals. A.  My first book is called Restored Christianity.  It was birthed from conversations with my oldest son, Hayden Lane, about struggles we were having reconciling what we saw in Scripture with what the church was teaching. Generally accepted common beliefs didn't match the teachings of Jesus or the writings of Paul. After a few years of conversation, we decided to do something about it. Restored Christianity is our attempt to nail "95 Theses" to the door of the church (a la Martin Luther) to challenge these common beliefs and restore the original teachings of Christianity Q.2 how did you come up with the name of your books  A. Usually, the names arise from the content and focus of the book, whatever that might be. My educational company The Medieval Dude works with schools to provide educational experiences that engage the person or learner with replicas and artifacts from the medieval era. In my home state of California, 7th-grade classrooms are where I do most of my educational presentations. Alfred’s Dragon is my way of reaching a younger audience. Interviewing author Cynthia Robinson  when did you decide you were going to write a book?  A. I don’t believe I decide I was going to write a book as much as it needed to be written. Q.2 how did you come up with the name of your books?  A. All of my books have some biblical reference to them. My first book entitled I Am Leah was written about Leah Jacob’s first wife in the Bible.  The recent one entitled Know your Crazy Accept your Crazy was written because I show the craziness of time ( Reality TV) and wanted to address it.  Q. 3 what are you working on now for 2018?   A. A. I have always wanted to write.  I started one novel in high school, and another while I was in the Navy, but finished neither.  I did write several short stories, though, one of which was published.  But in 2012, I finally decided to go for it and wrote my first novel, THE TESTIMONIUM. Q.2 how did you come up with the name of your books  A.
