To see your name on the front cover and be able to watch people read it in a library was a dream of mine. Q.2 how did you come up with the name of your books A.  Derek the Alien and the Orange Jelly Planet' was my first book published in January of this year. I have no idea where I got the name from although I did think of 'Mickey' at first but then considered it might sound like Mickey Mouse! Derek was the next name in my head! (I don't even know anyone called Derek!). I wanted Derek to have another adventure so my next book will be launched around November time. Interviewing Author Carl David Nuttall Q.1 when did you decide you were going to write a book? A. Bizarrely, I first decided to write stories after speaking to my work colleagues. I briefly mentioned that I made stories up for my son and it was suggested that I write them down so as not to forget them. From there I just kept on writing and now I have self-published six books. A.  My first book is called Restored Christianity.  It was birthed from conversations with my oldest son, Hayden Lane, about struggles we were having reconciling what we saw in Scripture with what the church was teaching. Generally accepted common beliefs didn't match the teachings of Jesus or the writings of Paul. After a few years of conversation, we decided to do something about it. Interviewing author Cynthia Robinson  when did you decide you were going to write a book?  A. I don’t believe I decide I was going to write a book as much as it needed to be written. Q.2 how did you come up with the name of your books?  A. All of my books have some biblical reference to them. My first book entitled I Am Leah was written about Leah Jacob’s first wife in the Bible.  The recent one entitled Know your Crazy Accept your Crazy was written because I show the craziness of time ( Reality TV) and wanted to address it.  Q. 3 what are you working on now for 2018?   A.
